Hi, I'm Levi. I'm a psychologist (M.Sc.) and spent years working as an in-house Change Agent in the startup ecosystem, experiencing the dynamics of rapid scaling first-hand. Today, I help founders, CEOs, and team leads translate unspoken team realities methodically into strategic clarity and scalable leadership.
Why psychological structure makes the difference
In my work within the Aachen startup and SME ecosystem, I've learned that friction rarely arises from a lack of competence. It happens when teams grow, but communication structures remain stuck in the past.
As an external sparring partner and psychological bridge builder, I stand at the interface between management, tech leads, and operational teams. My job is to put an end to the creeping pattern of "nodding without words," bring hidden conflicts to light, and resolve them constructively and objectively.
